1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 19 years old (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec).
- You must be legally permitted to play online casino games in your jurisdiction.
- You must register only one account per person, per household, per shared device or IP address.
- You must use accurate personal information — false information may void winnings.
2. Account registration and KYC
You must complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. This includes uploading a clear photo of a Canadian government-issued ID and a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, not older than three months). Standard KYC turnaround is one business day. We may request additional documentation in cases of higher transaction volume or unusual patterns.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
- Minimum deposit C$20 (C$25 equivalent for crypto). Minimum withdrawal C$50.
- You may only withdraw funds to a payment method you have used to deposit, where the underlying provider allows it, or to a Canadian bank account in your own name.
- Withdrawal processing begins after KYC verification is complete and any active wagering on bonus funds is closed. Honest expected timings are published on the home page and bonus page; we do not promise "instant" withdrawals.
- PowerUp does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Your bank, card issuer, e-wallet or crypto network may charge their own fees.
4. Bonus terms
- Welcome offer wagering: 35x on bonus funds, 35x on free-spin winnings.
- Maximum bet while wagering an active bonus: C$5 per spin or hand.
- Bonus funds expire 14 days after credit. Free spins expire 24 hours after credit.
- Game contributions: slots 100%, table games 10%, live dealer 10%, video poker 5%.
- Abuse of bonuses — including coordinated multi-account play or stake-laddering — voids winnings.
5. Inactive accounts
An account that has not been logged into for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. A monthly fee of C$5 (or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted starting in month 13, in line with industry practice. Email and live-chat reminders are sent before the first deduction.
6. Responsible gambling
You agree to use PowerUp's responsible-gambling tools (deposit limits, session limits, cool-off, self-exclusion) as needed. See our responsible gambling page.
7. Disputes and applicable law
Account disputes should first be raised with PowerUp customer support via live chat or the email addresses on our contact page. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Anjouan Gaming Authority. These terms are governed by the laws of the Comoros, except where mandatory Canadian consumer-protection law applies.
8. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email and on this page. Continued use of your account after a change means you accept the updated terms.
